Yes, you can, you have to download the Plugy the Survival guide and use that. You can find it in the mods section.

yeah.. you could find it through the mods section, or i bet you could find it by searching for "ladder ubers mod" since there's a thread on the entire thing where you can download it and learn about it and such.

well for the bosses like lilith duriel and izual you have to open the portal in act 5 hell. not sure about the portal to uber trist
