i found a similar belt like this and people said it would be good only if it had life. well i fouund one that had a life mod and i'm wondering what this is worth if i upped it to elite form or atleast upped it once so it held 4pots in each column. i think i got this off baal, i'm not sure but it probably dropped off him.

its crap....5 defense at lvl 63? i'd use it for strngth glitching, thats about it
