Everytime i run the set up it says could not find/open D2launch.dll

this is a very old program and i doubt it still works. (though it might) Did you put the files in your d2 directory? then did you click the install/ setup file? if you did it will say successfully installed. then just run diablo II. if it says failed then it might not work on 1.11b.

I clicked on the setup.bat and it said cannot find/open D2launch.dll

did you put it your d2 directory? if it still doesnt worjk then i assume that diabolic is outdted. in fact if that is the same version as i had then that was a beta version and it was never finished.
