I don't see why not. He took the time and effort to create it, personally I make all my stuff I create public and open source, but if people want to profit from apps they have made, they have the right.

I think he should keep it private......some people might disagree with me but i think beacuse it wont be detectible if it stay's private and you should pay money for a program that will likely last a long time private....but if someone cracks it and im sure they will it will become public and people will misuse it and get everyone banned....

I agree with tigeroip (nice eskimo the example with mcdonalds) but only at hacks. I think that maphack will and must be continued to being used. As for the Mousepad maphack i think he will be back soon and I think he 'll make it private-we will only be able to buy it as the oldest one

I don't know about Mousepad's Maphack, but I have completely ditched Mousepad's Maphack after he stated that he was not making a new version for 1.11. Since then I have found another MapHack and becuase it's hard to get from the official site, I am hosting the latest version on my personal Web site.
