No, ilvl is a program thats lets you look at the ilvl of items. I need it for better crafting ammys and i cant get it to work and if anyone can help it would be greatly appreiciated.

Well... it shows the ilvl of the item. The higher the ilvl of the item in this case an ammy the better chance to craft something very good even with charms.
