Everytime I start up d2 it just closes and returns to windows..doesn't show the blizzard intro or anything like that...O.o

check your shortcut or target . click on d2, rigtclick and go to properties. Type in this in the 'Target" section , "C:\Program Files\Diablo II\Diablo II.exe" -w If you dont wanna play in window screen, remove the -w at the end. if it doesnt work, reinstall ur d2 again

This frequently started to happen to me ever since I started playing warcraft 3. Whenever I switched between the games one of them would start up, then minimize back to the desktop and stay that way. Either restart your comp, reinstall the game, or keep clicking to get back in (works eventually).
