Hmmm...maybe it is because he really doesn't know, just as you have no real explination, you are just as new here as he is. Anyway, to tell you the truth, I did not even acknowledge that there was a chat room. Most people here use an IM service or talk in the forum threads of just message each other.

Yep, as he said, most people who want to talk, do so in Messengers or PM's, that or they just log on Bnet or w/e the hell they play and talk. Chat really isn't popular except with newer members.
