if it used to work then just messed up, uninstall then reinstall.
if it never worked, then uninstall then reinstall (sometimes downloads are broken when you least expect it)
if the problem persists, then it maybe your computer. these downloads are usually for windows or linux (im not sure how much its for). if you have a mac then it wont work.
i cant help you beyond this point because i dont use bots.
