Ok, a few things.
1. I just got temp restricted from using the mm.bot, how long does this last?
2. Next time, does it mean I am banned forever?

There are tons of threads about this!
The first time usually lasts less than 1 hour, but can last up to 3 days. Try to log in once in an hour and you should be fine. If you repeatedly try to log in against the temp ban it will just prolong it. The next time it happens the temp ban usually last a little longer. If you get the message with numbers (search for the explanation) it will tell you that you have been banned for 30 days (I think) for the first offense. Then permanent ban thereafter. Since mmbot has not gotten any of those type bans, you probably got the temp restriction for making too many games per hour. How many games are you making and how long are you resting? My bot runs about 90 seconds a run for 9 runs, rests 20 minutes then starts again.

My temp bans were 1-3 hrs for the first few times, but now they are 12hrs every time. Never gone up and never actually banned so dont worry.

It is probably a 12 hour realm down, wait until 10 and try again, if you still cant get on, wait until morning.
