i have a lvl 15 sword barb wit two flamebellows two culwens point swords (not great swords but its a start) and the strongest one i have is crescent moon bg, this is my first sword barb build my other one was an ik build i need to know wat skills to use/max and wat gear i should use

hmm...depends if u wanna invest into concentrate or double swing or berserk....the rest like masteries and warcries it's up to you...but most people max out bo...some also max out shout....(not sure why max out shout)..
and sword mastery...

max shout for the longer duration for bc, bo and greater defence
the most important is berserk gain 10% dmg for each lv shout
actually it is not necessary to waste points on berserk
with + skills items my berserk can have more than 400% magic damage with my one point investment

i haven't built a frenzy barb
but i suggest you to max iron skin since you won't have shield at all

iron skin and shout are essential for frenzy barb...
and i dun like frenzy cos u dun have a shield....
