if u needa know about the things they help or or stats of it just ask like i said im new to diablo 2 and im just wondering if there worth anything my freind said something about them being worth something well ill b here or on diablo 2 my accout in it is kingsnight1

Well man, the best way to get Price Checks on your gear is to copy down all the stats and post em' here.
From what you said it sounds like the items you are curious about are Rares, so fetch all the stats, create a thread called PC : Rares underneath what realm you are playing (East/West Ladder/NonLadder) and let us know exactly what you have. Screenshots are a plus.
But in all honesty 99% of the rares you find will be worthless, my suggestion is to gamble circulets and amulets for the coveted 2/20/20's. (+2 skills, +20 FCR, +20 Str as well as resist all/mana/health modifiers).
And from what little description you've given they probably are not worth anything at all, so keep hunting!
