Not much, needs 20 fhr, and 20 fcr.

You should try to socket it, if you get one..eh but if you get two someone might want it. The missing FHR you can get with sockets if someone needed, but the missing FCR is going to cost you. The mana, LR, str and dex are nice additions. If you get it socketed keep em clean for the person you trade it to. Assuming you get 2 sockets... maybe a few HRS, but every sorc really needs FCR. Its really to bad, the other mods are pretty sweet.

you can't get 2 sockets in a rare item off larzek only 1. and i'd socket and add something like an um or ber.
