My first Pally build - sic - 04-24-2004
Well, this is the frist time I have every tried to make a pally(I"m going to try and make a zealot) and I'm somewhat not sure what I should be doing, I have not really found any information on how to build a good one other an maxing sacrofice, zeal, fana, and holy shild. I know I should find out more before I actly make him, but curretnly he is level 43 with both zeal and sac maxed and like 5 into fana.
for now, I have Bloodletter (I'll be using light sabre when I get to that level, and later botd when I get it), zack shild, I have a 2 socket helm with 2 flawless rubys (about 60 to life), a crappy ammy that gives a little to dex and dule leach, two rings that give like 4 or 3 % life leach, silkdweave boots, a crappy belt, Venom grip gloves.
By level 80 though, it should be somthign like this:
Helm: Perfect Gaze, sockted with a jewel I found (its goldy now, so np there)
Armor: Valor (I can get easily) or Enigma (not so easy but I can still get)
Weapon: Botd or lightsabor
Shild: zack, but If I can get I want the pally rune word, exilor or somthing
boots: silkweav is fine
Gloves: no idea what is good
Rings: Raven Frost/Dwarf Star
Ammy: no clue, but I have a cat eye tell I find better
charms: as many 290s as I can get my hands on
Other than that I have no idea what I should do, including stats, like how much life or dex I'm going to need, for now, in NM, i have 75% block rate so thats good for now.
Please, any sugestion would be nice.

Curently at level 66 my pally has this:
Before equipment:
STR: 191
DEX: 129
VIT: 70
EN: 20
With my equipment its
STR: 241
DEX: 190
VIT: 110
EN: 20
Life 556
my life seems to be fine, doing baal runs I almost never lose any, and my damage is ok, 1987-2717, but not good enough for hell. how much more poitns should I put in vite and str? or elswhere?
I already have zeal, fana, and sacrafice maxed and 5 in to holy shild. But I have no idea what I should put that last of my skills into after I max shild (I also have one point into thorns...)
My current equipment is:
Helm: Gaze socketed
Sword: Lightsabre socked with perfect skull
Shild: Herald of Zackurm
Ammy: the Cats eye
Armor: Toothrow
rings: raven frost/dwarf star
Gloves: venom grip
Boots: Whaterwalk Sharkskin boots
I need better rings, ammy, armor, gloves and boots (sword too, but I cant get botd yet)
