40 Pgems = Pul rune on US-SCL
2x Pul = Um
2x Um = HR (High Rune)
I would think it (skill charm) would cost... Pul\Um (one of the two depending)? Can someone give me a more fixed price? I don't think it would be a high rune, Paladin skill ones go for that though.

a light gc on uswest goes for about pul/um yes, but depending on the mods it can get up to 4 sojs for a 40+lifer, pcombats can get up to 15hi for a 40+lifer:S
im sure prices on east arent too different

Light GCs on East ladder are HR.
Pcombat gcs go from 3-60 HR, depends on life.
