Dont waste time by makin a build u no nothing about if u wanna try it if its good then download the item vault and go to hero editer test all the items and skills etc as exactly u want em on bnet so u r satisfied
i usually do this to see if i can kill baal in hell fairly easy

does the hero editor work with non-lod chars? i know Jamella doesn't.

yeh but u have to be careful not to give your char any lod items
