Ok, well I have a bunch of item files. Now how could i get them into my character...is it possible?

You will need an editor such as Hero editor. But those item files will ONLY work on singleplayer and open battlenet. It will not work on closed battlenet since character files for closed are saved on a seperate network and server.

you can make your own items in those editors aswell,
