Errors while loading D2 - TCloud - 07-17-2006
I looked everywhere in this forums, everywhere over the net, and got nothing.
I'm trying to load D2 with LOD, I tried with D2Loader and without it, tried with crack from deviance and it doesn't seem to work.
The D2Loader shows me the "Hey guys we got a big problem here..." but I've managed to get rid of it by not using the loader.
But, when I'm trying to load it with any other way it shows me one of these errors:

Mostly the first one.

Have you installed the newest patch? I've read something about these errors on Battle.Net's site, or Blizzard's. Do some research on these sites!

I was getting those errors too. I installed Diablo2 then put on loader right as i installed it. Try installing then going into game normally like Blood said and dl the Patch.

I'll do it right when I'll get back in 2-3 more hours.
Without loading the game with DLoader or using Deviance crack it says that theres no cd, because it's not original.
I'll try it later.

no cd because its not original...? wth...are you using a cd and cdkey that you actually bought from a store? cause if you are not, thats your problem

I'm not using original copy or original cdkey...
But I did once played D2 on this computer.
Does this mean there's no actual way to play Diablo with what I've got?

Update:
Just reinstalled the game and used one of the cracked exe's of megagames, it worked!
Currently I can play D2 without the expansion, I'll try installing the expansion tomorrow morning. Wish me luck

... good luck. If you can get a copy of D2 1.11b and it works properly, all you need are two MPQ files off of the disk and D2Loader and you can run it without problems.
I think the two files are d2xtalk.mpq and d2xmusic.mpq but check my guide to be sure (D2Loader Guide in sig)

I hope I'll be able to play it with the latest patch, or at least play both D2 and LOD.
I'm trying it right now, I'll update as soon as I'll get my results.
Additional Comment:
It seems that the same problem returns, so I guess I'll only play D2 for the time being. I might download the expansion from a different place, I believe that what causes the crash.

Yea i would sue the d2loader in wm_hunters guide, not teh crack in megagames. Reinstall, install d2loader, downlaod patch from battle.net site, and ur good to go
