First of all if jumping people had the power to displace planets, everyone in the world jumping would still effectively cancel each other out. You would have to have everyone in the world in the smallest point possible to even consider an effect. Additionally timing would be impossible, best case scenerio people would be a 45-150 seconds apart. You wont even feel a shockwave. It wont even register on seismographs.
