Heres what i do
Norm - Rushing is Free
Nightmare - Rushing for Forge
Hell - Rushing for Hellforge + All drops
if you dont want to give up your forge, than make an offer (ex: SOJ , whatever) payment does not have to be upfront , but it cant be before Diablo.
