Ok well I got this program (popcorn license manager) that I have no idea where it came from I go to add remove programs and It says it will redirect you to the site were to uninstall it.... the broswer never shows up anyone else had this problem with the same thing if so how can I remove it?
Is this program a Virus? I got ad-aware se personal , and norton 2006 but non of them cant found it so im not sure about what to do

Get AVG free and spybot search and destroy, spybot can be found on google and avg free can be found at download.com

Hmm, have you installed any programs lately. Usually sometimes when you install a program and requires something else to be installed.
If not then im pretty sure its a virus.
Try scanning your computer with AVG Free
