No was you will get it on closed, but if you play it on Single Player (or Open or TC/IP with others who have the same mod installed) you can choose to play Volf's Drop mod (not your typical drop mod because drops don't rain from the sky; you need to build some mf then you'll notice you are getting more drops), or another choice that will seem more like your typical drop mod is BW Drop 'N Dupe mod (it is a 1.10 mod that will drop plenty of stuff but works on 1.11 - no torches will drop though). Either look around in this mod section to find them or google them.
