Ill go 5/10.
I would suggest:
Maras or Serephs (any is better than highlords)
2x Soj (everyone likes dmg eh? and the plus mana is yummy)
HoZ (unless the targe is 35% fcr then I would suggest hoz, more dmg)
i would guess you mf but if not...

You'll achieve equal MF, resi, life, damage with either build, just depends on what kind of items you get hold of.
Personally, if this is for MF, you will be doing a lot of runs and I would hate playing with 75%fcr, especially if you've played with 125% before.

Actually, you could achieve a lot more dr, mf, life, and mana using a simple 75 fcr setup. And the fcr really will **** you if you aren't ladder.

You don't need DR% for PvM, unless you are going for solo Chaosing, which is a stupid idea with 75%DR anyway.
Life/mana = same on both sets.

Your avarage 75%fcr hammerdin, concentrated heavily on MF:

(you could use chancies instead of Trangs and use 2xfcr ring)
MF:
Shako = 74%
Enigma = ~80?
Zaka Ist = 25%
MF/Mara = 50%/none
WTs = 50%
2xNagel/Trangs = 60%/40%
Max:~340 + gheeds + scs
However, your potential for dealing damage will suffer greatly due to slow FCR.
125%fcr setup 1:
Tiara +2 pala 20%fcr 2sox 2xPTopaz
Enigma
Hoto
Amu +2 pala 15%fcr +mods
Zaka Ist
Trangs
Arach
WTs
Nagel 30
FCR ring
MF:
Tiara: 48%
Enigma: ~80
Zaka Ist: 25%
WTs: 50%
Nagel: 30%
Max: ~240 + gheeds + scs
100 lower mf, but much, much more killing potential. Of course I didn't include the possible MF on rare items in this setup, because of the difficulty of acquiring them. Nevertheless, it's not impossible.
125%fcr setup 2:
Shako Ptopaz
Hoto
Enigma
+2 pala 20%fcr amu
Pala spirit 35%
Arach
Chancies
Nagel 30%
FCR ring
WTs
MF:
Shako = 74
Enigma = ~80
Chancies = 40
Nagel = 30
WTs = 50
Max= ~280+
Slightly less MF than on the first build, but killing potential makes up for it.
Another 125%fcr build (cannot be bothered to write more):
Shako Ptopaz
Amu 50%mf/Maras
Enigma
HOTO
Spirit 35%fcr
Trangs
Arach
nagel 30
fcr ring
wts
MF:
shako 74
amu: 50
enigma: ~80
nagel: 30
wts: 50
max:~290+
and so on and so on and so on. I strongly recommend 125%fcr on a hammerdin, but then again, its up to you what you do with your char, so gl.

i dont think u guys realise, but this guy isnt rich enough to afford a +2/20fcr/2soc helm OR a +2/15+fcr ammy, especially if he's on west where they cost shitloads..
so because he probably cant get these, his only choice to have alot of mf and still be able to afford it is the 75fcr build.
and we all know that a hammerdin can walk through hell like a little girl slips through a skating rink, rich or poor

Additional Comment:
being lvl 67 or so i have not everything maxed i di make changes no travs but treks 5.9k dmg so far and 1.4k life wothout bo like 2.2 with bo so idk if thats good or no lol
