I voted for Paladin, they have the best pvm killer (hammerdin), best tank (zealer), and best uber killer (smiter) and also have a lot of other fun builds. Sorc deffinetly takes #2 imo, very diverse class that can own pretty much anything except ubers =\

YOUR ****ING FUNNY. Barb/Smiters are the best tank. Zealers have become extinct because they can't do anything good =/. And about the sorcs... A fallen could easily take a fire sorc w/o a infinity merc. And a zombie could easily take out a cold sorc w/o infinity merc. And a storm caster can easily take a light sorc w/o infinity merc.

I see you voted for the sorc though? Thats also why you duel spec your sorc. And yes zealers might be rare but i still think they are damn good tanks =)

Zealers undeniably suck. Sorry.
Best GM PvP = Assa/Barb
Best damage in PvM = Sorc
Best all around PvM = Pala/Druid
So I really cannot decide ;(

Actually, I would have to disagree with that, even though assasins and barbs are good in gm pvp, you can always desynch and put a tgods on vs a assasin, and vs barbs, Everyone I've met, a desynch will take care of them.
I like my hammerdin..

barbarians are my favorite class, because they rely on brute strength, but of course the paladin is the best class. I vote barbarians. they're not as cheap as paladins.

ehhh for pvp id say a light sorc... with infinity ofcourse or a trap sin ... i mean why not? im sick and tierd of hammerdins having to get near enemy to hit em.. its boring and zealers arent even considered as chars anymore man they cant tank shit... best possible tank is a barb man
and sorcs are not weak for pvp any char can dominate with the right items ( just not when a sorc goes against a gg druid thats major underdog) as for pvp i like jsut about anything... i have a pvm maul barb 13k ww pretty nice tanking and he has mad speed and ive tried duels and some people claim i desynched @_@ so i get near em 1 ww does it.. but still its a MAUL barb ... its for pvm and somehow i still manage to pick out some players ... but what is a really fun char to do pvp with is a auradin sure sounds major bm and u all get mad but its fun... cmon you just charge around and you see everyone trying to kill you but they cant!

Actually, it's the other way around. Smiter desynch doesn't mean anything for a barb, but when a barb desynchs, the Smiter is in trouble.
Yes, a Smiter is very good versus a hybrid assassin, but that's an exception. A WW assa has the advantage over pretty much any other char.

Paladin is by far the most played and then sorc. I find myself first and formost enjoying the pally ways, but then again I played paladin in AD&D, Classic D, WOW, EQ, and a pally-like character in FFX1.. So I am kinda Holy knight player oriented. At different times though I really like sorc, but also find myself liking all the others in there own ways too. I choose: "Paladin". Plus, the "Smiter" was my first solo ubering character.

Paladin is by far the most effective char in pvp and very competive in pvm. If you build a paladin right and have the right gear then they can handle any other char. I know some will disagree with this but I speak from much exp.
Even though the paladin is so effective in pvp and can hold his own in pvm my favorite char is hands down the druid. To me nothing compares to dueling with a mld fury druid and If I have to pvm then I would take a windy over a hdin any day. I am by no means saying that a druid is the better class but just the one I prefer.

ASSASINS!!!
Pvp - use hybrid assasin and you can take down almost anything but a godly bvc or bvb
PvM - get a act 2 merc with infinity and you'll kill everything with your physical and lightning damage.
