Think you are missing a few options in your poll. Some of us have been around along time and still might be considered "noob" to others that live this game. Some aren't.

I have all this knowledge of awesome builds, but I'm not really on enough to be rich enough to make each of them. Usually I am able to get a sorc/hdin up and running with a good setup, and then I make a build for fun.

yeah same here i know alot for playing for about 1 year and a half ive made almost all of the chars so far and i no alt lol but i am quite newb with some stuff lol

a newb is someone who lacks skill because they are new and have not developed it yet....you can be new to different things seperate from eachother. you, apparently, are a typing newb...

I don't see how you can find any relation between post count and knowledge about Diablo. I.e. look at db_jynx, I think that he's probably the most knowledgeable person on Diablo on this site and he has like ~50 posts.
