cold sorcs are best with tals, because tal orb gives 15% cold skill damage.

alright tal rasha sorcs are cheap items for any type of sorc but light ( does horrible with light) i would suggest going fireball or blizz... its basicly just like any other guide enough strenth for gear then dump into vit
