Ok so i see two different types of builds.. On putting very little into mana and maxing vita.. and the other being just the opposite.. Now if you have ES and not much mana so sorb the dmg given that would leave you with low life and no way to tele out of harms way to save your life. I have 300 stat points unused trying to figure out the correct build b4 i go plopping them down.. Could someone please help and clarify which would be better and why?

Light sorcs typically go ES and pure energy. You want to use No str and No dex as well as No vita. Read all you want about people using 3:1 or 4:1 Energy to Vita, i reall ythink that's the stupidest thing you can do, commit to one and go with it (if you want to be PvP and have the gear/currency to do it).
20 telek, 20 light, 20 light mast, 20 nova, 20 charg bolt, 5ES, 1static, 1chain light, 1 warmth, 1 tele, 1ts (if you arent getting to lvl 99, go less on one of the synergies)
3/20/2 circlet (3light/20fcr/2open sock) with 2x runes/jewels of your choice
mp enigma
35%fcr spirit crystal
35%fcr spirit monarch
arach
2sorc / 7+ fcr / str / mana / life / %psn length reduction ammy
2x sojs
frosties
ETH 15/15 treks HIGH Psn Res
1x 12%FHR light gc
8x Life Light gc
10x life/mana SCs
20/20 torch and anni
6bo cta/crap spirit
If you think Pre-Buff is not BM, or if you don't care: use +9ES/+1Cold Armor/+1TS staff and prebuff with that.
That's it bro, pretty much the ideal setup for PvP light sorc, 117%FCR / 142%FHR.
