Husband (Tony) and wife (Paulette) are sitting quietly in bed reading
when Paulette looks over at Tony and asks the question....

PAULETTE: "What would you do if I died? Would you get married again?"
TONY: "Definitely not!"

PAULETTE: "Why not? Don't you like being married?"
TONY: "Of course I do."

PAULETTE: "Then why wouldn't you remarry?"
TONY: "Okay, okay, I'd get married again."

PAULETTE: "You would?" (with a hurt look)
TONY: (makes audible groan)

PAULETTE: "Would you live in our house?"
TONY: "Sure, it's a great house."
~
PAULETTE: "Would you sleep with her in our bed?"
TONY: "Where else would we sleep?"

PAULETTE: "Would you let her drive my car?"
TONY: "Probably, it is almost new."

PAULETTE: "Would you replace my pictures with hers?"
TONY: "That would seem like the proper thing to do."

PAULETTE: "Would you give her my jewelry?"
TONY: "No, I'm sure she'd want her own." ~
PAULETTE: "Would you take her hunting with you?
TONY: "Yes, those are always good times."
PAULETTE: "Would she use my gun?"

TONY: "No, your gun is a bolt action and she's left-handed."
PAULETTE: -- silence --
TONY: "OOPS!!"
PAULETTE: "AH! HA!!"
