whoa, what now? help - swanny708 - 09-27-2006 So right now i'm in this game, alone, and all the sudden this msg pops up in the top left corner and says "4484 stones of jordans sold to merchants" What does this mean? whoa, what now? help - Arc - 09-27-2006 is it a hell game? whoa, what now? help - wm_hunter - 09-27-2006 This means that on that IP address of the game, people have been selling Stones Of Jordons to the merchants. This message is displayed when people sell SOJs to merchants. If you are on a hell difficulty game, you may want to stick around because when enough SOJs are sold, Diablo Clone will walk the earth in that game and any other hell-difficulty game on that IP. There are very good guides around the forums.. if you want to know the IP of your game you can use a bot such as Kiss Clonehunter or you can find it out maually. To find it out manually, go to your command prompt (start>run>"cmd" and hit enter) and type in netstat -n and look for anything with a port of 4000 Code: ip.stuff.lol.IMPORTANT:THIS IS THE PORT The final set in the IP, which I marked as important, is the value that changes. The first three (ip, stuff, lol) are always the same on a Diablo II game, only the final part will change. Please note, the port will always be 4000. Once Diablo Clone has walked the earth is displayed, the next Super Unique monster that you come across will not be the normal monster, but Diablo Clone. When you kill him you get a nice shinny unidentified Anni, and nothing else. The number of SOJs sold before he walks varies, I think it usually around 100. It is hard to tell how many have been sold since the last walk because the counter continues to count up even after there has been a walk. whoa, what now? help - Blue - 09-27-2006 just recently i had this happen, good thing this thread was made cause i have some questions. First: Why is uber d so easy? Second: I heard that it's impossible to get a perfect anni, althou i got really close. Third: Why do the numbers go so high, as in why doesnt it reset? He spawned at 6999 for me. whoa, what now? help - chasingSoL - 09-27-2006 if its a hell game then that means at any given amount of sojs sold diablo will walk the earth, meaning you can own him to shit to get an anni. he will spawn at the first superunique monster you encounter (ie. rakanishu, eldritch, corpsefire etc.) to answer your question bluebleeder, the numbers keep going up and up. for example, if the amount was 5467 and diablo walked, then it might take another 121 sojs sold before he walks again. remember though thats just an example. if youre in a hell game and see the sojs sold to merchants message and you remain i nthe game it could take a few minutes or a few weeks before dclone spawns on that server. if you have any other questions about dclone just drop me a pm. whoa, what now? help - L4E - 09-27-2006 probably to make it more "mysterious" they decided the counter would only reset after x walks or something dclone wasnt very easy the first weeks of the 1.10 patch, in case u didnt know, back then everyone was a bowzon or a zealer or a sorc ![]() he became easy as soon as people discovered how powerful synergies could be and decided to make new builds its possible to get a perfect anni. Or else a perfect anni wouldnt be 20/20/10 logical isnt it whoa, what now? help - chasingSoL - 09-27-2006 L4E Wrote:its possible to get a perfect anni. Or else a perfect anni wouldnt be 20/20/10 logical isnt it ya on d2jsp lots of people have duped perf annis so there must be some lucky bastards with legit ones whoa, what now? help - Ride_Kona - 09-27-2006 alright ive been wondering about this too, so when i see "[amount of soj sold to merch]" what do i do? wait in the same game until 100 sojs have been sold? whoa, what now? help - Blue - 09-27-2006 if you have enough patience whoa, what now? help - Ride_Kona - 09-27-2006 and if im not? haha whoa, what now? help - PoTatoes - 09-27-2006 theres a guide in the diablo 2 forum section...check it out whoa, what now? help - Blue - 09-27-2006 then get out of there, and that guide doesnt answer my questions, althou chasingsol does whoa, what now? help - hellsing293 - 09-27-2006 all you need to know~http://www.blizzsector.co/diablo-ii-guides/29191-complete-guide-all-ubers.html whoa, what now? help - Ride_Kona - 09-27-2006 cool, thanks. whoa, what now? help - Ratsu - 09-27-2006 For this i can say, on europe my mate buyed an unid anni and got a near perf one: 20-20-9 And when i was a noob and didn't know anything about the DC, then i had the message and i exited the game rofl.. ![]() whoa, what now? help - Blue - 09-29-2006 hellsing you should check over your post and then look at my questions |
