Part, I think, is because they runn WoW and D2 off of the same server. There was something else to it, it might be what you were talking about. One of the tech guys told me to restart and wait about an hour. im really not handling b.net - Mr Blaine Ng - 10-22-2006 I use to hate the temp ban when I played D2. I especially hated it when I was in the middle of transfering stuff. I would usually have to call up a friend and tell him to join the game and pick everything up for me. im really not handling b.net - Z3R0 - 10-23-2006 Lol. I hated getting dropped due to timeouts. im really not handling b.net - Venom - 10-23-2006 u do know that the service pack 2 for XP can mess up your games, i have it a well but it works fine for wc3 dunno about d2 since i quit ![]() im really not handling b.net - Fuggle - 10-23-2006 zerokool Wrote:It used to happen to me a lot as well. Besides WoW has like 70 servers. im really not handling b.net - Z3R0 - 10-23-2006 All of the servers are networked though aren't they? im really not handling b.net - L4E - 10-23-2006 d2 is run on an at&t server, well thats what it says when u enter bnet at least wow is on huge ass servers that have nothing to do with the d2 servers.. why would they? im really not handling b.net - Z3R0 - 10-23-2006 I thought they were orogianly networked, abotu three years ago. im really not handling b.net - Blue - 10-23-2006 do u use dsl, cause at my friends house i expierenced this alot. Except it really didnt get laggy as hell im really not handling b.net - Bloodangel26 - 10-23-2006 bnet is doing it on purpose to try to make you quit d2 and play wow im really not handling b.net - Z3R0 - 10-24-2006 I have never played WoW. And when that happens, and I get sign back in, I go to the tech channel and raise hell. It doesn't do much technical wise, but I feel better. And by the time I'm through, I'm able to sign back on. |
