there are scams out there, but they aren't in circulation because a scammer never wants scammed. you are better off just begging or claiming to be able to dupe. there are about 1000000 people that do that and if it didn't work at least a little, it wouldn't be happening

Why don't you just make your own items (e.g. using Hero Editor)?
With a bit of practise and knowledge, you can make much better items than you could ever "steal" from others.

Yeah. It would be nice to have a hack that switches items quickly so the other person doesn't realize that it was switched. Actually, any type of tradehack would own.
