What does everyone think some of the new character classes for D3 are going to be? I think that they might add a thief and hopefully bring back the rogue and the wizard from D1.

That would be usefull. Also, a general warrior instead of just a barbarian savage. Like a knight or something like a paladin but doesn't necesaraly have to be pure, can be just a warrior.

There is no concreate proof either way, but I lean towards no-diablo3. They are really liking the pay-by-month games, and I can see that to be a trend now for Blizzard.

It's just what I heard. And why wouldn't they make a new one, a lot of people are getting bored with the old ones. Not that they're not played, it's just that enough people have dropped for it to be noticable that people are growing bored. I remember hearing about how they started on the new one as soon as D2 came out so that it would be done quicker.

That would be a good storyline but they sort of have the whole Good Vs Evil thing all of the time. I'm looking for more unique chars with more original items and skills. Also, a wide variety of classes would be great. It would give it better online interaction and experiance. That is my opinion though.

D3 would be nice, but if it ever happens I think it will be pay to play. Many of the ex-D2 users are now pay to play WOW right? It is a constant source of revenue, not a constant expense like D2.

IF they do make D3, it won't be by the orginal makers, since Blizzard closed down Blizzard North/Condor, and they have continued on to make 'Hellgate:London', also if there is a d3 i think it will be a MMORPG becuase they are the games that are selling best, buts it dying out due to WoW mostly, people are getting bored of it and going back to Single players, d3 may keep it alive for another couple of years if it comes out, i hope it does.
I would enjoy a Rogue-Like class form WoW, Assassins are ok, but they just don't cut it for me, i want to be invisisble

He also has wer-forms. Those are basic capabilities of a Druid. They might give him more skills, but the only other thing you could class something like that would be as Earth Elemental. That would be cool though, if they made sorc's and wizards that could do ice, lightning, and fire attacks, but made about four new chars that could only build on skills associated with their element. Fire, water, earth, and wind.

Well, maybe not. But how do you know for sure that there won't be one. People probably said the same thing when the first one was out. If nothing else they will probably make a new expansion.

yes they closed down north but blizzard has nothing to do with hellgate. blizzards north creators left blizzards to form their own which they called hellgate london or something like that
