For my info , tell me why zons of any other character don't use fcr? They attack don't they. They use random skills don't they? So how is it that zons don't use fcr?
Am I a noob to everything in D2. I mean I've played for 3 seasons now and bought D2 when it was brand new around 1998. Don't take this as a insult..., I just want to know?

casters need faster cast rate...zons equal not casters, if you have nothing to cast then why cast it faster? fhr and ias is what they need.

yes kyles right. FCR stands for faster cast rate, it makes skills cast faster. this doesnt work for any sort of melee dmg (EX: for zons...shooting a bow or throwing/poking javalins) the only thing u could do is cast valkery's faster which proves pointless.
for any melee char u need IAS (increased attack speed) and FHR (faster hit recovery)

the only thing fcr is useful for on zons is castin valks/decoys AND some java skills such as charged strike, this skill uses both fcr and ias.
