Well I remember when I very first started playing and I had a friend that hooked me up with some items, this was way back in .09 right when it came out. My friend had given me some stuff to get my Zon started, he gave me 2 sets of titans, one ethereal and one regular, well I just gave the ethereal ones away cause I didn't figure I would need them and they would eventually break :/.

My mostly newbish moment, I played .09 for a while...then I quit...then I came back...and 1.0 was out...or w/e the newest one is ( i still am quite a newb) Well anyways back to the story...My friend hooked me up with Tals Ammy, I am thinking I am pretty cool when I join a game called "Unid 290" I think I am ripping this guy off cuz he gives me like 5 "unid 290s"...well I id'ed em...and they were shit like 1-2 cold dmg....

WEll back after i had been playin .09 for a while, i had a pretty sweet zon with buriza and the works....well some guy told me he could dupe without me giving him an item, so i did what he told me, i got d/c and came back to an empty zon....i got corpse popped, never gonna trust ppl like that again....

The worst mistake I ever made...well there were 2 big ones which made me quit playing 2 separate times. The first one, a kid asked me to vote for his clan in exchange for me getting some free items. So I went to the website and voted, but it was a program which forced my character in the game to drop every single one of his items. Another time, I had a 4 socket valor and was going to trade it to some bum in a private game. Then we went to the trade screen and I found it quite odd that the item was already there. I traded him any way and it turned out that he just showed me a picture of the item.

i think the most dumbest thing ive ever done was way way back in the day where WF's were only 7 SOJS and i got a briliant idia to trade my WF for a Buriza And Gladiators Bane

my most newbish moment only because i panicked...
this happened to my kick-*** sword barb in 09:
this guy said "kill me and i will give you a gf"
I say "yeah right, ur lying; i could never kill you"
he says "well if you just fight then i might give you something good"
he kills me and puts different items down and says "put these on and try to dmg me"
i do that, then he tells me to pick up my old corpse.
as soon as i do that he kills me and i pop.
he gets all my good items and sells some of it in other games.
i had to borrow 3 hexes just to get back HALF of my items.
I lost a griswold armor, perfect 3 open socketed ccb, gladiators bane wire fleece, and some other good shit.
but i did recover a weaker ccb w/3 sockets, and my nearly perfect arreats.
i was so pissed i was ready to quit right then and there. i didnt. then 1.10 came out and now things are boring as hell.

lol i just gave 1 of my dooms away for fre coz it was a shitty 199%.
btw the noobest thing i ever done is traded my unid arky i found in a baalrun for Ormus robes + 2 soj

I top all those off... I was going to trade my gf for a hoz shield because i didnt need gf had botd 369%ed eth cb so whatever the guy put hoz in and i was talking to my dad and not paying attention and i put my botd in instead...and hit ok...and its GONE ahh i get distracted easy..!

lol i remember the first month i played i found an um rune in 09, since my stash was full with crap, i decided to drop all the crappy stuff. when i came to the um rune i asked if it was ne good and some1 said no so i dropped it lol.(i didnt care for resist or open wounds at the time)

The noobiest thing i have ever done is... I was looking for schaffers mallet and some guy put pne up in a trade window. I offered a fire ormus (+3 to fireball) and a perf carrion wind 9%. He said ok but he didnt habe room. He closes window goes to stash comes back and opens windw again i put my stuff up again and he put a legendary mallet up( a normal one) and i hit ok before i checked to make sure the items was the schaffers. O well i had stayed up for 3 days in a row and couldnt quite think clearly. I earned to keep caffine around after that.

Oh yah, I forgot about the time I traded 3 290's for a rare helmet which gave 2 to trap skills and nothing else. Oooh, thinking about that one hurts...
Or the time I xfer'd my botd cb, soul spurs, arreats, 2 c grips, gale shell ammy, and stone armor. And this kid stole every last bit. Why was it noobish? I thought I could trust him and he said he wanted to try it on. Man, this game was not made for people like me. But somehow I always rebuild...
