i lowered price , 15 high runes for my bugged valkerie helm , ber'd with 30% faster cast rate , attack speed ,hit recovery & run/walk speed also has 8% damage reduce cause of ber and 123 def.

123 def is probably the most commonly duped defense 08 valk so i'm pretty sure it's duped

It's OBVIOUSLY duped... it's a ****in' 08 Valk.
The question is whether it's perm or not... and you're not going to get a perm 08 Valk for 20 beans.

i like the way you compare hrs to beans. anyways i have a 08valk on my sin and it hasnt poofed yet. i've joined many games and left and i never perm and its still there. do you think its possibly a real legit one ^^?

I'm 100% sure it's not legit, but it might be perm. Find someone else with one and join a couple games with him.
