$977 million? For that hunk of crap? There doesn't even look like there is a dock or anything to access a boat. There had better be a helicopter and a pilot included. I mean thnk about it, a lot of us feel inconvenienced just going a few blocks to get a gallon of milk and now I gotta go a few miles across a freakin sea! Well the reason no sane person wants it is because its a rusted out piece of crap. And you basically have no protection from people just blowing up your shyt since you are your own country. On top of the fact that it obviously needs millions of dollars worth of renovation. I wouldn't spend any more than 2million for it.
