Well, im going back to college today, working towards being a civil engineer. I have been working as a civil engineer/cad draftsman for the last few months, drawing all the different areas they give me, and its going good so far. I want to turn this into my career eventually, which feels kinda weirdd at first, up until just recently i had no idea whatsoever what i would do with the rest of my life. I might be getting a puppy soon, i made a deal with my parents, where if i can eat healthier and such for 1 month, i could get my own puppy, which may not seem like much, but i have wanted a dog my whole life. anyway, i should be leaving now for college. Just wanted to tell you whats going on in my life recently.

Why are you telling us this? And why are you still using regular cad? Why not ProEngineer or something.

You are going to college and you need your parents permission to get a puppy?

I hope you get the puppy, and congratulations on going to College. On a side note, the best way to house break them is sleep with them at night and be alert to their restlestness. Also at times you are not there ,move them to a small room and line it with newspaper....slowly making it smaller and smaller.

if you slip on your puppy will your parents make you kill your diet?

i think they will let my puppy live, but who can ever be sure. Its more of a health thing than cutting back on food, im actually kinda underweight lol, but i need to incorporate more vegetables and things into my eating habits. So if i can manage, i should be fine. The first day back in college was nice after that long winter break, i ran into afew older friends, and it was good.

University rules. Even better, move out of home. I'm not regretting having my own apartment at all (sharing with my brother). Living away from your parents is the shit.

Amen to that...screw that empty nest syndrom! I am more like *shoo...shoo! ...what part of move out are we not getting here?*
