yeah i got d2 loader because my D2 disc is scratched so bad my PC can't read it. Is there anyway someone can send me their mqmusic/mqvideo files so i can run d2 without a CD?

I think the files are large but I believe you can dl them from the net. I think the file extension is .mpq. Try searching google for the exact file names and see what happens.
