Firstly, I'm from Bulgaria, so sorry for my language.
I'm playing on a 1.10 small server in Bulgaria and one good day one man joined the server and did a 99 lvl hero for a minute( I saw it only into the ladder ).

Well I dont remember to much about 1.10, but I do remember it was sooo ez to get too lvl 99...

Was it possible that he was an Admin or Mod possibly? Maybe there was a glitch on the server...there is no known program that is able to make you lvl faster because it would be needed to be able to access the server's memory.

Its a private server, so we dont know if there are any "lvl" hacks

Very weird... It almost had to have been an admin or a friend of an admin. I think an admin would have made himself 99 before a friend though.

experience charms maybe?
if i remember correctly, you can get -200 in experience charms, and kill any one monster in normal act 1, and level to 99 backwards if you were lvl 1 before doing this.
