Ok so i plan to make a summoning necro , for gear i know what i need , for merc i plan to use act2 nm merc w/ might .. but one thing i kinda go back and forth with is amp ~ decrepify .. i read that decrep is 50% dmg/speed decrease and they take 50% more dmg but i want to make sure from others POV ..

Depends, uber summoning is all about slow down, but for a normal summon just use amp damage and if you have trouble with the bosses then use decrepify. Use a pride/might merc.
