Wind druid first timer, need help with stats - AbSoLuT - 03-27-2007 Ive got all of my equipment and everything, but what should my stats (str, dex, vit, eng) be at with all of my equipment off around...say...level 80? Thanks. Wind druid first timer, need help with stats - Joshy - 03-27-2007 Enough str to wear your stuff, enough dex for max block (if you plan on using ss if usin spirit don't bother.) None into energy pour all your remaining points into vit. If this is for pvm then you dont really need anything to help you attain max block but if you plan on pvpin you may want some pdex ravens and a pdex shadow dancers so you dont waste so much into dex to attain max block. Wind druid first timer, need help with stats - AbSoLuT - 03-27-2007 Alright thanks ^_^ Wind druid first timer, need help with stats - Idiot - 04-10-2007 most vit. not much dex. some mana. Wind druid first timer, need help with stats - John - 04-10-2007 why not max block? sure its like 220 dex, but its very useful. you should still get like 3K life with max block Wind druid first timer, need help with stats - FraterPerdurabo - 04-10-2007 Depends on what this Druid is for. For PvM, I'd say that max block is definately worth it, especially if HC. With max block, you can do Hell Chaos in a 8 player game with relative safety and Baaling is easier as well. If for PvP, depends on who you are dueling. For DvD (Druid vs. Druid) you don't need max block, but you do need Stormshield. Same for Smiters and V/Ts. You need max block for Bowzons and BvCs. You do not need block vs. most casters. Anyway, go and read my guide in the section, it answers most questions. Wind druid first timer, need help with stats - Mr Mellow - 04-21-2007 If PvP Go Max Block If PvM Don't they don't hit as hard. PvP Stats Str- use your anni/torch/ammy/rings to use your nigma so you don't need to Put really any into it. Dex-Put till you reach your max block. If using SS, on the Phys dmg PvPs Vil-Rest. Ene-None. PvM Stats Str-(Dito) Dex-none Vil-all Ene-you can put a little since you do not have to be GG for dueling. 0 if you have a merc using insight. Wind druid first timer, need help with stats - XKazeCloudX - 06-04-2007 hello, about how much dex is actually needed for max block? and can partial block be ohkay? im going to use spirit monarch and 220 dex seems way too much X_X. can i just put like..60-80 dex? and have less block? Wind druid first timer, need help with stats - gideon62 - 06-04-2007 IMHO, 220 Dex is just insane. Put those points in Vit. Wind druid first timer, need help with stats - XKazeCloudX - 06-04-2007 way maybe it wont be 220 o_O. but uh. should i? Wind druid first timer, need help with stats - FraterPerdurabo - 06-05-2007 Peterpaulruben's D2X/1.11 Blocking Calculator Wind druid first timer, need help with stats - Mr Mellow - 06-06-2007 If you decide to go max block. You don't have too... Yes you will live longer with the people who hit you. Even bow and java zons... witch are more common now.. Wind druid first timer, need help with stats - BewarethePhoenix - 06-06-2007 Well the windy I built had very little dex and crap chance to block. I am really regretting this choice now. I see now how it would be real handy for PvP and as for PvM baalrunning is a huge chore even with the massive amount of life you have. I am currently dumping all the stats he gets into dex to see if I can fix this slightly but I think I'm just SOL as he's lvl 88 and has piss poor chance to block. |
