Anyone one where to find this? I've killed baal, diablo, andy, meph, duriel... all like 100x and havent found 1...
And where would i find Griffons?

I have gotten 2 of them from a hidden stash on the River of Flames in hell. About halfway between the waypoint and door to chaos sanctuary there is sometimes a stash. Check it always. I found both of these with only about 300% mf and one was a 19 lite! That is the only place I ever found one. Good luck to ya.

Andy is the best to be honest with you.. I've found more than one Eschuta Mfing andy.. And griffons, it'd have to be hell baal.

I'm not sure if there is a "best" place to find them. I found one from 5th baal wave, I think.

There is no best place to find virtually anything in Diablo II, it's just a game of luck. I got an almost antiperf one from Summoner once +1/%10/%10/+11. Besides that, I've had them drop from Meph and Baal.

Thresh, Baal, Meph, Pindle, and good ol' Cows are the only place I've found it. found my 3/18/13 from baal and put a -5/3 light facet in it. Like Frater said, it's all random luck. Considering I've found tals armor before from baal's first minion wave.
