ok all this may sound a bit stupid but what is max block ?
How much dex do u need to get max block ? Was thanking of making one
but not sure what max block is but i got a hunch but just whant to
see if im am right thanks for you time on this matter

yes 75% is max
with Holey shield skill maxed out should give you max block even with the base dex of a hammerdin
