Mods can vary form up to 6 levels higher than your char level so for example: a level 80 char can gamble up to level 86 mods Prefixes and suffixes listed on arreat summit have the levels next to them,yellow means they can show on rare items as well http://www.battle.net/diablo2exp/items/magic/pre.shtml http://www.battle.net/diablo2exp/items/magic/suf.shtml The items you see on gamble screen will always be normal,but they can turn into exceptional and/or elite when you gamble them and determined by your char level,in other words the higher your char level the better chance to get better items Gambling in different acts makes NO difference what so ever you'll have the same odds in any act Having more than 1 person in a game Does Not effect odds,you have just as much chance as you would in a private game Gambling is expensive having a gheed's charm cost the cost of items being gambled quite a bit,very helpful Hope this helps some of you that gamble,Good Luck!
