Does it seem to anyone else that drop rates have changed? I restarted D2 after a few years away, and after like a week of on and off playing I've found,
soj, raven, ss trek, +skill charm, and quite a few other exceptional uniques and a few elite. that seems rather odd to me. I used to mf with several hundred mf and never really find poop (then valor drops for my 0 mf barb, go figure.) and now I have less than 200 and am finding a lot. am i just getting lucky or has something changed since I last played in 1.10?

Where are you mfing? Lol. I mf Andy, meph and baal and dont find a damn thing. I have about 200 or so. I found two guardian angels today off baal... But thats it. Haha. And to answer your question, I'm almost positive drop rates have changed since 1.10.

Actually, some things have gotten harder to find. In 09 w/ 200 mf in a game by yourself say to find an Soj you would have stood a 1 in 6404 chance of scalping 1 off Duriel who for Act Bosses then had the best chance. Now it is 1 in 7072. This is just an example of course and as of 1.10 Andariel stands the best chance w/ at 200 mf is 1 in 6861.

Ahhhh nm duriel for quest was the guy who dropped soj. SS trek was a random unique in catacombs 2. I really think they should raise drop rates because that would lessen the reason to dupe and such. But thtat's just my thought.
