When you wear Tals Armor + Ammy + Belt, it says +65% mf as a set bonus, but does it count for each of the 3 items, like 65+65+65, or just as 1 sum of 65%?

It counts as one sum of 65%. If it's in gold its applied once for entire set, if its in green it applies to the item and can be applied more than once.
Aldur's is the only one that I can think of, off the top of my head, that does apply more than once. You can get 15+ 15+ 15+ Strength in the weapon(Dex, Vit, Energy on his other set items) if you complete entire set, so it adds up to 45. Those are in green.

Yea when in green it is a set attribute so it only applies once then plus all the individual mf that each item gives.

i believe you get around 225~250 mf with talset, not including charms. overall shako+occy+others can beat talset in good amount.
just fyi, my lvl85 fire sorce owns hell andy and meph pretty good, it's having 412mf added up, and it ain't that expensive build.
