i just read somthing about this i sthink u need whats called a dynamic ip adress might be static but one of the two changes everytime u connect to the internet so basically read up on it get one of those and restart ur computer.otherwise proxy ip, ip "scam"where u use a phony ip with packet sending or just forget it.
