hey there guys, i just recently got a d2 loader and i get this error saying "windows cannot find 'rinst.exe'" any1 know how to fix this problem or find rinst.exe, thanks.

I looked it up and it looks like it is known to have a virus in it.
It maybe depends on where you downloaded your d2loader, I recommend downloading this one:
