Free Image Hosting at AllYouCanUpload.com is my favorite, because you don't have to log in and you can upload as many images as you want at once.

No he is refering to a file,I made the same mistake and thought images as well .My guess is it is more like a portfolio,and Tutorial.

If it's a photoshop image, you're probably not saving it as a JPG. If you aren't try that, then try uploading at Free Image Hosting at AllYouCanUpload.com
