I saw the video on youtube (YouTube - How to Post Images On a Forum for anyone else). Fortunately, I already knew this. Unfortunately, the text you were typing seemed unreadable (and the full screen just made it blurry). I think it would've been better to be made via less words and much bigger type, or just bigger type in general.
I know it seems things always end up blurrier on Youtube than you want (fun fun quality), and I didn't feel like DL'ing the Rapidshare one you had up there, so maybe it was better there. Still, nice job doing it and hopefully a "new player" can learn a thing or two from the tut. Good job.

I know that is why I made it downloadable because on youtube it reduces the size and everything.

Thanks for telling us how to host an image. Pm the people that needs help lol. Because the people who doesn't know how to post an image, won't read guides like this before they post.
