How much Mf does full tals set have with a P topazed Helm and armor?

Um, about 201 by itself I think, 88% from armor, 65% for set bonus, 48 from P topazes.

tal set generally gives ~250mf, might reach 300 if you have perf Gheed and some mf charms. generally if you want a gg mf sorce with 105fcr(faster cast rate), you don't wanna go with talset (which needs perf 35fcr spirit monarch & a 10fcr ring to reach 105fcr)
some gears to consider for a godly mf sorce:
shako
vipermagi
oculus
spirit monarch (or lidless but you need fcr from elsewhere)
arachnid (expensive)
chance glove (or magefist if you need fcr)
wartrav (pul can get you a cheap one)
mf amulet
2xnagel
if i remember correctly i had a mf fire sorce 10k+ fireball 20k+ meteor 362mf 1.2k life 8.5k defense 600+mana, and still inventory room for 3 & 1/2 large items (rest of space are occupied by gheed, mf charms, & a tp book)
it was godly in hell. kill hell andy in 6 fireball, meph in 20, it even kills nihlathak as well (when he's not immuned to fire) but can't get to baal cuz of too many immune minions before him. (p.s. for all fire immune in hell use static and let your insight merc kills them)
